This year’s European Locksmith Federation convention took place in Istanbul between May 28 and 30, 2010. Around 800 visitors attended the convention each day, where about 40 specialists from all over the world showcased innovations in lock and fitting technology.

As one of the main sponsors, KESO exhibited ‘Swiss-made’ expertise over 50 m2 in conjunction with its distribution partner, Pegasus.

The new mechanical product, the KESO Short Cylinder, garnered particular attention from visitors, as the cylinder’s base length is unique at only 28 mm. Thanks to KESO’s time-tested modular technology, this short cylinder can be adjusted to the required length when installed and unites discreet elegance with uncompromising security.

The exhibition also focused on the KESO partner system with the Micro II key cutting machine, the latest fitting solutions, motorised cylinders and the mechatronic KESO KEK Genie Knob. As a single-source provider, KESO ensures that optimum compatibility and functionality are guaranteed for all systems at all times. Complementary new additions round off the overall range, thus providing a wider diversity of modern applications.

KESO was able to make many international contacts at the convention and consolidate its presence on the Turkish market.
